Blue Apple Trends is a software development company that offers quantative trading and investment strategies. We are unique in the industry because we provide so many strategies, all of which worked in the past, and as a group are more likely to work in the future than any individual strategies.
Our philosophy is based on using Multiple Strategies in Multiple Markets on Multiple time frames.
Diversification is a key ingredient in minimizing risk in investments. Portfolio theory is based on the concept of spreading the risk.
We take that a step further. If you trade a viable strategy, based on sound principles that worked in the past as far back as data is available, it is likely it will work to some extent going forward. What if you trade three viable strategies, all of which have worked before? You are diversifying among Strategies, as well. You can trade all three of them in multiple markets, and you will be more sure that the performance going forward will be more successful, with less risk.
This is what the larger intitutions have been doing for years. They parcel out funds to numerous money managers with different styles and approaches, and thereby maximize performance and minimize risk.
Now Blue Apple Trends is making this available to You!
- Our products are computer-generated trading strategies and hedging strategies for navigating uncertain market conditions.
- They can be acccesed via our website in an easy-to-use format.
- We also have a version that can be completely automated on the TradeStation Platform.
- Our products are based on sound fundamental principles, momentum-based strategies, and time-based srategies that appear to work even on non-market data.
For this reason we are convinced that they will work going forward. We have not simply taken arbitrary gimmicks or tricks that seem to work for a while and optimized them to fit the data. Our formulas are invented and then apllied to the data in an objective manner. After that, there is minimal optimization. For the DJIA we have strategies that have work well since 1920.
If they work we keep them, if not we don't. We have spent 20 years researching different approaches to the markets and what we offer is the best of these.
We are also developing strategies for our own mutual fund in the near future.
Why do we offer to others systems that work? Because we have done a huge amount of work and found numerous approaches, which we continue to use in-house. It is only right to share the wealth a bit and develop good relationships with clients who may at a later time be part of our own fund.
Blue Apple Trends offers STABILITY in volatile markets. We don't know what the future will bring. However, if a strategy has held together and performs for 90 years, there is a good chance it will keep on going. I wouldn't bet against it.
In the meantime, please explore our site. Be sure to review our products and services and the past results of our systems in the strategy performance reports.
